INQUIRY GROUP in Dallas

It is not our experiences that cause suffering, but rather the way we think about them. We can never win an argument with reality. Our constant judgments of ourselves and others--along with the stories we tell ourselves to justify these judgments--keep us imprisoned in pain and suffering. Through inquiring into our stressful thoughts and judgments using the questioning process, we discover that it is the truth that will set us free.
